Saturday, July 16, 2022 - Is this Wine waking up? Decanted 90 minutes. Poured half glasses. Wine is full, layers of flavors and Italian terroir. Where was this my first two bottles. This is really excellent now. Paired with seafood pasta in a garlic, Parmesan cream sauce. Long, lingering finish with nice extraction. Maybe this wine just needs more age. Excellent.
