Saturday, January 20, 2024 - Perfect weather to pop a bottle in front of the fire. For a 10 year old tawny it pretty damm good. Caramel, strawberry, prunes and a bit of burnt honey. Still a bit of acidity that balances the sweetness and delivers a very nice mouthfeel. Not complex but for what it it, it’s very good.
