Wednesday, December 16, 2009 - Medium tawny, with light garnet core. Excellent Christmas nose - dried fruit, gingerbread, caramelised wood, even old piano. Sweet on the palate, of course. Medium acidity and body. Lots of dried fruit and caramel combined with wood/ oak. Long length. Save it for Christmas evening. Cheers!
