Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Wines in Cardiff; 4/19/2024-4/20/2024: Nose of cherries - but not singing. I wanted a bit more nose from this fabled vineyard.
Good fruit framed by chalky tannins for pinot and big structure. The structure slightly overpowering initially.
Became a lot better with air but by the time I discovered this we only had little left in the bottle!
