Sunday, June 14, 2020 - Light ruby to the rim. A touch of carbonic scents, but mostly briary black fruit. Light, herbal, earthy black fruit and crackling cranberry acidity at the end. Brisk, tangy, tart Gamay. I'm not sure that it has gained that much from aging, but it has certainly admirably stood the test of time.
