Friday, July 10, 2020 - Decanted and ready within 10-5 min (no sediment in the bottle though). Very tasty and easy to drink, cherries with tuned freshness, I have the feeling it was a touch overripe on the fruit.
Aged manchego and salami provided a nice paring. Went really quickly.
