Sunday, February 14, 2021 - Decanted for one hour. This elegant Zin hits on all cylinders. Fruit is restrained and in harmony with soft oak tones. Mouthfeel is lucious and leads to a lasting finish of cedar and pepper. This is Zin making at its finest. Bravo to Acorn!
