Tuesday, December 5, 2017 - This was a frustrating sip my doods. The nose was friggin gorgessimo. It hit me with that classic bright red sangio fruit. I honestly could have spent the whole evening nosing her. But when it came time to sip... she teased me my doods. She was throughly medium bodied. Had bright but well controlled tannins. But I could barely get a trace of fruit. The fellow doods who sipped this suggest a long decant and I got to say I agree. We were done the bottle in about 2 hours after opening. 9/10 not giving up on her yet. Will revisit in 3-5 years.
