Sunday, July 5, 2020 - A little angular in terms of fruit, this wine nevertheless developed into a very drinkable drop, with peppery black fruit and some wood, developing good weight and mouthfeel. It is important to give it 1-2 hours in the decanter.
At its price, better (because of the ageing) than some recent wines in a more expensive bracket. So 90-91 points (and that is judged against certain European wines that I have drunk recently).
