Thursday, January 1, 2015 - Sauvignon Blanc de estilo nuevo mundo, notas de heno, lichi, piña, también tostados. Graso en boca, con bastante cuerpo y buena acidez. Un vino bien hecho, pero poco sorprendente. Maridó bien un salmon al horno.

New world type Sauvignon Blanc, hay, lychee, pineapple, toast. Unctuous, full bodied, with good acidity. A well made wine, but not very surprising. Paired well with baked salmon.
