  Straw yellow, driven by fruit, palate is expressive with sweet citrus, lime, zippy acidity and an interesting note of salinity. Nice.

  Sauvignon Blanc de estilo nuevo mundo, notas de heno, lichi, piña, también tostados. Graso en boca, con bastante cuerpo y buena acidez. Un vino bien hecho, pero poco sorprendente. Maridó bien un salmon al horno.
  
  New world type Sauvignon Blanc, hay, lychee, pineapple, toast. Unctuous, full bodied, with good acidity. A well made wine, but not very surprising. Paired well with baked salmon.

  The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and youthful, showing medium intensity aromas of honeysuckle, lemon peel, peaches, anise and dough. The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has a medium(+) alcohol and a medium intensity body. It has medium intensity flavours of honeysuckle, lemon peel, peaches, anise and dough.   It is a good quality wine. It has a decent enough flavour concentration and finish to be a technically correct everyday wine with a good overall balance among all structural elements. Can drink now, but it has some acidity and fruit concentration to develop a bit more of complexity in the next 2-3 years.
