Tuesday, March 21, 2017 - Dinner at Iggys. Served towards the end of the evening. Bright gold, very primary. Nice fresh fruit - lemon, lime, yellow watermelon, pear, but with a touch of oak and cream. Good acidity on the palate, nice fresh fruits, but this was definitely young and would need a good decade or so in the cellar.
