Wednesday, May 11, 2022 - Burgundy Dinner with Friends (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Alongside the 2014. Big, fat, and unctuous with lots of fleshy apple and peach. Tonight's bottle still showed the botrytis as more pronounced vs my previous bottle last year. I liked this more than others tonight, but think cellar time will be this wine's friend.
