Significant density of flavour and in the spectrum of ripe/overripe/slightly cooked blackberry black plum black cherry. Opened bottle about 90min early but decanter was in use so poured via venturi, seemed sufficient, significant sediment in there.

Paired : Thanksgiving dinner with roast pork. Great pairing.
