Friday, February 12, 2021 - Yellow fruits, brioche and a pronounced mineral streak. Copious amounts of tiny bubbles and a pleasing acidity. Good concentration and length. Nice QPR. 7g/L dosage but no noticeable sugar. Disgorged 4/28/2020. Best to let this sleep another 12-24 months before checking in.
