The wine is dry and has high acidity and high tannins. It is a bit tightly-wound still but very drinkable. The alcohol level and body are medium. Flavors have medium intensity notes of red fruit and forest floor... not as bold as the nose. The finish is medium. This is a very good wine in a refined style, not a knock-your-socks-off bruiser (memo: nebbiolo is probably my favorite grape so I may be a bit of a high-side outlier).
