Friday, October 29, 2021 - 85% Alicante Bouschet and 15% Trincadeira

Full body, deep purple color. Impressive aroma of wild, ripe fruits, tobacco, spices’ box and peppery background. On the palate – black and blue fruits mix following by lingering hot but juicy finish. Rich and complex but still fresh and velvety, well hidden alcohol, balanced and harmonious, vital acidity and resolved tannins. Ideal for medium rare steak. Open one hour ahead. Serve 18ºC - 20ºC. Drink now and next eight years.
