Sunday, October 4, 2015 - Immediately, one is struck by the heavy spicy aroma and is shocked after first taste that the spices do not materialize in bulk and are left with a black pepper taste ‘on top’. Within the body itself lies a host of hints most evident being rosemary, thyme and mushroom with a lingering coriander aftertaste - hi, there might be a cherry or blackcurrant thrown in there...overall have with a good meat dish as the full bodied texture will make it a great accompaniment.
