Thursday, November 7, 2019 - Sensational wine, matched perfectly with creamy mushroom pasta.
Big boy type of wine : Matchstick, mango and ripe papaya background, finishes with fresh green walnut bitterness and a laserlike acidity to wake your palate up. Despite its powerful body no alcohol heat, the inner tension wraps everything into a long tastebud adventure without any weakness. Acidity says it should be fantastic in 5 more years. 93-95 for me.
