Friday, January 18, 2019 - Nose of wild red berries, earth, wet stone, farmyard, pepper, noticeable toasty oak and sweet spices, some leather and tar. On palate mid weight with concentrated, broad and layered flavour of ripe red fruits, prominent stony minerality, leather and licorice. It's gained some signature Noellat fragrance and transparency compared with my last tasting which I like it better now! 2nd bottle out of 6.
