Tuesday, October 27, 2020 - This took nearly three days to open up, but it was understated and damn pretty once it did. Good deal of brett and smoked meat on day 1, with the fruit hiding underneath it. On day 2 and 3, the brett mostly blew off, revealing sweet cherry, plum, and prune. Fresh mint and red roses, savory dried herbs, red licorice, white pepper.

Full and silky palate. Tasting older than it is.
