Saturday, May 8, 2021 - LONG day decant.
Brownish, brick colored wine. Full bodied.
Balsamic, figs, vanilla, all spice, some wood. Beautiful nose.
Unctuous, firm tannin, tastes like the nose with a longish finish.
This is very good juice that has entered it's drinking window but will be evolving for many more years. DELICIOUS wine. Case worthy!
