Thursday, December 16, 2021 - Ruby red with rust at edges. Bright nose. Initially tart like pomegranate with some orange and a hint of earth and herb. Over an hour, settles out and some earthiness is more evident. Much more balanced and less astringent. Medium body, moderate finish. Very enjoyable with chicken parm and pasta with ratatouille.
