Tuesday, March 19, 2019 - Consistent with previous notes almost two years ago, though opened up after 20-min this time. Medium weight. Honeydew, melon, lemon curd, honeysuckle, and hints of lime and tangerines with a one-minute finish. Paired awesome with broiled lemon salmon. Custom-built for seafood. Drink 2019-2024. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.
