Saturday, April 13, 2024 - France vs ROW (Home): Just give me a glass of this to sniff and turn the lights off. I love the boldness here - hugely dry, medicinal, herbal nose. I don't have the faculties to unpick what I'm smelling but it's the Northern Italian Christmas of your dreams made manifest. Honestly it's kind of challenging - initially bitter, leafy on the palate with a sweet and structured depth swelling beneath to balance it out. Feels like a remedy… and I've got the sickness
