Saturday, May 2, 2020 - I have to admit, I have real difficulty not flying through a bottle of this in a day & a half, former username nothwithstanding. The most evanescent of soft intros, then tomato, graphite, blackberry, hoisin, stinging nettles/green iron, black pepper, then a perfect blend of granular tannins, acidity and spice on the long-enough denouement. The '11 was identical about 6 weeks ago. France's loss, America's gain. Envy of the community member who bought cases of this @auction for 8 bucks a bottle may well get me to jump into the auction pond

Day 3 remnant tasted like craisins and raisins and really delicious grapes (ikr)

Btw, thanks to the vast majority of members for contributing to this site; I've learned scads from you, you've probably saved me thousands of dollars, and I trust this site like no other oenological rating source. I hope my contributions here reflect this gratitude
