Saturday, January 7, 2023 - Amazingly, still slightly effervescent on the tung for the first few sips.

Has held up extremely well and easily on par with the premier burgundies with this much age.

Color is still ruby with only hints of bricking.

Flavors are still all secondary with red and black fruit. Possibly a little black tea which is the only hint of the age.
