Monday, July 13, 2015 - Pale gold like straw and scents of flowers and minerals. This has nice complexity and depth, dry green fruit, flowers, honeydew, against a stony backdrop, hints of almond, oak. When this was cold from the fridge, it was more floral and fruity.
