Saturday, December 14, 2013 - Decanted for 3 hrs. Dark medium density garnet color; dark fruit and cherries on the nose with a hint of pine; medium to light bodied, dark cherries and spice are supported by mild tannins. Generous acidity and heat carry the fruit on through the finish. Not a lot of complexity here, but quite enjoyable with a dinner of roasted chicken, redskin potatoes, carrots and herb stuffing.
