Wednesday, August 23, 2023 - Purchased on release and stored perfectly ever since. This really benefitted from a 2+ hour decant and then showed luscious dark berry fruit with a velvety texture and good acidity underneath. Layered with notes of dark chocolate and minerals. Lively and still youthful although showing maturity in the flavor profile. A fine wine for sure but it's a long way from a good price/quality ratio and I would prefer numerous Pomerols at much lower price points.
