Monday, April 29, 2019 - Wonderful wine, still at its peak! Still dark garnet, opaque, no browning at the edges. Very complex syrah aromas, some elegance. Beautifully balanced, round dark fruit flavors, but not a "fruit bomb". Aussie shiraz doesn't get much better than this! It should still last at its peak another 3-5 years. Who says great Aussie shiraz doesn't age well?
