  20년된 와인이지만 아직 과실미가 짱짱하고 프레쉬하다. 숙성미와 유칼립투스가 잘 조화돼 있다. 훌륭한 와인.

  Deep purple/red color. Aromas of blackberries, eucalyptus, black plums and smoke. Ripe, full-bodied fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length. Very thick, complex and persistent on the palate. Surprisingly intact for a soon-to-be 20 year old Aussie Shiraz.

  Wonderful wine, still at its peak! Still dark garnet, opaque, no browning at the edges. Very complex syrah aromas, some elegance. Beautifully balanced, round dark fruit flavors, but not a "fruit bomb". Aussie shiraz doesn't get much better than this! It should still last at its peak another 3-5 years. Who says great Aussie shiraz doesn't age well?

  Still at its peak. Dark garnet, opaque. Pronounced aroma of smoky roasted meats, tar, earth, with overtones of vanilla oak. Still full-bodied but softer and better balanced than in its youth. Viscous, mouth-coating, a bit hot, very long aftertaste. The rest of the bottle, two nights later, had turned a bit pruny and was starting to fade. Should be consumed near term.

  As good as Aussie shiraz can get, or for that matter, any wine! Powerful complex aromas of black raspberry, blackberry, nicely blended oak, with a touch of chocolate and smoke; a hint of pepper. Still garnet and opaque, with just a hint of brown at the edge. Very rich, still with plenty of fruit, but very round, balanced, and smooth. Definitely not an overly concentrated fruit bomb. Fruit, tannin, acid all in perfect balance. Long, smooth aftertaste. Will drink my remaining bottles over the next year while it's at its peak.
