Thursday, December 23, 2021 - Deep purple/red color. Aromas of blackberries, eucalyptus, black plums and smoke. Ripe, full-bodied fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length. Very thick, complex and persistent on the palate. Surprisingly intact for a soon-to-be 20 year old Aussie Shiraz.
