Saturday, February 23, 2019 - PNP into Zalto Damijan glass (“Root” day): Medium bright copper to the eyes.
Savoury, juicy and mature but high toned stone fruits like apricots. Honeyed/slightly preserved apricots.
Great palate concentration and good intensity of flavours. Good length.
