Thursday, February 18, 2010 - Drinking well now, needs 2 yrs to expand and gain richness. Beautiful clear gold color, nice nose of mellow citrus and marshmallow. The mid palate has an intense beam of fruit that hits that bods well for development still. Has a nice viscosity that's building. Flavors of citrus blossom, minerals and light honey with occasional nutmeg but in a tightly wound way.
