Thursday, February 12, 2015 - Vivier Tasting (North Beach Conference Room): Straight from the tank. Still tannic. More saline features than the 2012 Vivier Gap's Crown we had by its side. Even some funk. Hint of cheddar. Finish offers similar length to the 2012 Gap's Crown but less amplitude and more funk, though it does still sizzle on the tail.
