Thursday, July 27, 2017 - Performed the usual routine with this wine - poured one glass, recorked & refridgerated. With the usual result too. Puts on weight & width overnight, loamy flavours & lingering finish. Enough acidity to cut through the fatty roast pork, a very few tannins still loitering around in the dying echoes.
