Saturday, March 18, 2023 - Chenin tasting at home with the gang (non blind). WOTN for most of the group (except Eli). Pronounced nose of wax, pear, quince and ripe lemon zest. Intense palate with honey and a slight oxydation at first and the blew off to make space for ripe lemons. First time trying a relatively aged chenin and loved it! Will try again if i can find
