Tuesday, August 27, 2019 - Tried this to see what this fairly rare grape was all about. Medium in body and palate, with red-berry flavors in a medium-ruby color. Offered up nice aroma, some earthy notes on the palate and a medium finish. Reminded me of a middle-of-the road Bierzo, and overall enjoyable. Would substitute for a fruity pinot noir or nebbiolo in food pairing.
