Friday, November 3, 2023 - Aroma: initial explosion of vanilla, then citrus, floral notes, stone fruits, guava, lychee, mint and herbal notes.
Palate: lemon curd, creamy, bright acidity, with a long finish. Feels some warmth from the alcohol. Paired with a strata and salad. It was not a good pairing. Best to drink on day 1. 91
