Aroma: buttery, wet stone, honeysuckle, spearmint, citrus and melon. Palate: citrus, sweet notes, tropical fruits, melons, grapefruits, sharp/tart acidity with a long finish. This seems to be a food pairing wine due to its high acidity. Savory food items like “everything bagel chips” and sweet and salty hazelnuts bring out the slightly sweetness of the wine. Also paired with some aged cheddar and rosemary bread. Really tasty just make sure you don’t pair this wine with fresh or dried fruits. It ruined the palate for me. 89-90

Aroma: honeysuckle, buttery and floral notes, stone fruits, pears and spearmint. Palate: lots of citrus fruits, tanginess that lingers on the tip of the tongue but not overly tart, saline, subtle minerality, medium acidity and a medium-long finish. Paired nicely with roast chicken. A very nice Chablis! 92

Aroma: initial explosion of vanilla, then citrus, floral notes, stone fruits, guava, lychee, mint and herbal notes. Palate: lemon curd, creamy, bright acidity, with a long finish. Feels some warmth from the alcohol. Paired with a strata and salad. It was not a good pairing. Best to drink on day 1. 91
