Saturday, May 7, 2016 - An excellent example of a new world cab franc. Powerful black pepper, plum, spice, leafiness, and sweet red fruit on the nose. Medium body and acidity. Palate adds in very ripe red bell pepper and a smoky or ashy edge on the medium [+] finish. Nicely balanced and tasty wine.

5/9/2016 4:15:00 PM - 2nd day report: stored in small bottle w/2 mm of air btw cork & wine. Powerful sweet cigar smoke, cigar ash, sweet red bell pepper, candied red fruit, and a balancing savory herb note. Rich, round mouthfeel with a longer, slightly bitter finish. Love.
