Saturday, March 5, 2022 - Académie des Cinquante Claret Tasting (Restaurant Rijsel, Amsterdam, NL): Tasted blind. Magnum. Relatively light in style, vegetal nose, aromas are mature and fully developed, retains its freshness and tannic grip. Not really harmonious or elegant. Difficult.
