Saturday, June 1, 2019 - 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. Drank great over a 2-hour period. Excellent balance, old-vine velvetness, and a feminine touch (especially on the nose). Wonderful pairing with a 1967 Beau Séjour veal chops recipe. 13.5% ABV.
