Sunday, May 28, 2023 - Puckery acidity, and notes of McIntosh apple and grapefruit set the tone early. Hints of toasted brioche and smoke weave in, lingering on the medium finish. Not long on complexity, but as others have mentioned there's a welcome sense of classicism drinking this with a wedge of Comte.
