Wednesday, May 13, 2020 - Very pale yellow with plentiful tiny bubbles. Yeast, citrus, and melon with hints of exotic fruit (kiwi?) on the nose. Light body, refreshing. Brioche, lime, a hint of grapefruit on the palate. Medium-high acid yielding a refreshing quaff on a warm spring evening. Much better than Henriot’s blanc de blanc. Good value. Alcohol 12%.
