Monday, June 8, 2020 - Pale straw in color. Brioche and citrus with hints of white flowers on the nose. Pear, plum, green apple, and yeast on the palate. Medium body, medium acid. Well balanced with fruit. Nice fine bubbles that last a while. 12% alcohol.
