Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - Pinot/Chard, splash of 5% Meunier. 3 years on lees. 7 g/l. Medium plus nose shows brioche, lemon zest, fresh mushroom, lemon zest, cream cheese, white flowers. Palate is medium bodied, crisp but has a roundness as well, nice complexities in the fruit tones, layers of the fresh earth, mushroom, lees notes. Finish holds nicely at medium plus. Subtle and tasty.
