Monday, November 7, 2016 - Third dinner of the L.A. wine trip (Bel-Air, California): A fresh nose of citrus, apple, brioche, and honeysuckle. Soft on the palate, with lots of mouth-watering acidity. I always seem to enjoy blanc de blancs, and this was no exception.
