Acidity has not faded, but has become disjointed, which has me wondering whether it might have been added post fermentation. With the fruit gone, this has instead acquired an unpleasant vegetal note. If had to score it, would give at most 84 or 85, but will not enter a score as I am not sure whether this is age related or simply a flawed bottle.
